VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec. 04, 2017 — LexaGene Holdings Inc. (OTCQB:LXXGF) (TSX-V:LXG) (the “Company”), a biotechnology company that develops instrumentation for pathogen detection, announces that it has filed an amended annual information form for the year ended February 28, 2017 (the “Amended AIF”). The Amended AIF replaces the Company’s original annual information form for the year ended February 28, 2017 dated November 10, 2017 (the “Original AIF”). The Original AIF inadvertently omitted to include information of the directors and executive officers of the Company.
In addition, the Company announces that Dr. Eric Olsen has resigned from the board of directors of the Company effective November 30, 2017 for personal reasons.
